Terms of service

MINIMUM ORDER

Orders for delivery require a minimum order value of £25. Purchases below this amount can be collected from our brewery shop in Llandudno.

AGE RESTRICTION

You must be aged 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are aged 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.

If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older.

Deliveries must be received by a person aged 18 or older. If our driver or courier are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.

BREWERY TOURS

The brewery is a working brewery, so please be mindful of your surroundings at all times. To keep everyone safe and ensure you have the best experience, please be aware of our house rules:

  • You must be at least 18 years old to take part in a brewery tour; strictly no children are allowed. ID may be required.
  • Closed-toe footwear must be worn to be accepted onto the tour (no sandals or high heels).
  • Anyone we deem to be intoxicated will be refused entry to the tour. In this case, no refunds will be given.
  • If you cause, or if we deem you could potentially cause, a safety hazard during the tour, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
  • Any verbal abuse, harassment, or violence towards Wild Horse staff or other customers is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
  • No-shows and rescheduling: No refunds will be given for no-shows. However, if you contact us in advance with reasonable notice, we will reschedule your booking to another available date.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

We offer electronic gift vouchers (gift cards) that can be redeemed for purchases on our website, or at our brewery taproom and shop in Llandudno. Vouchers can be used to purchase beer, other drinks, and merchandise.

Please note: Gift vouchers cannot be used at the taproom kitchen, which is operated by an independent business.

  • Gift vouchers do not expire*
  • They cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash
  • Promotional codes or discounts cannot be applied to gift voucher purchases, even if the website appears to accept them
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers, so please secure them like cash

Important Notes:

  • Gift vouchers issued before 1 July 2025 were valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If yours has expired, don’t worry — we’re happy to extend it. Just email us at sales@wildhorsebrewing.co.uk.
  • The balance checker link only works for gift vouchers issued on or after 1 July 2025.

 

SHIPPING

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address, postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
