Introducing Elfennau / Elements. This is a series that explores the ingredients, processes and techniques - or elements - that make up the world's most diverse beverage - beer!
We're really excited about bringing you a variety of different beers. We'll be delving into a wide range of approaches to brewing both popular and less commonplace styles.
Last week we launched Elements 01 which is a Cascadian Dark Ale. With the same premise as a Black IPA but with a more sessionable ABV, Elements 01 brings the rich toffee & coffee notes of the dark malts balanced by citrus & pine from the US hops (Idaho 7 & Chinook) we used.
Elements 02 will launch this Friday and it's a style we had yet to take on until now so keep an eye out for that!
